Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island Ras al-Khaimah, Ras al-Khaimah

I had a mix of experiences during my stay at this hotel. While the room was spacious and clean, the dining experience did not meet my expectations due to poor communication regarding meal packages. The pool and beach areas were beautiful and well-kept, but the service at checkout was frustrating and left a negative impression. Overall, it's a nice place with great amenities, but the customer service needs significant improvement.
